What the job is
Team: Full multidisciplinary coverage including architecture, landscape architecture, interior design, planning, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, data/IT, and surveying.
Scope: Facility assessments, feasibility studies, renovation and repair design, accessibility improvements, construction drawings, specifications, cost estimates, bidding support, and construction administration.
Service mix: Approximately 60% mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work and 40% architectural and other engineering work.
Term: January 1–December 31, 2027, with three optional annual renewals; respond to assignment requests within 48 hours.
Pricing: Please provide hourly rates by discipline, including travel, printing, and support expenses, for developing project-specific fees.
