What the job is
Facility: Approximately 25,254 gross square feet based on the preliminary space program, subject to refinement.
Design services: Site analysis, space programming, preliminary architectural report, schematic design, design development, construction drawings and specifications, and cost estimates at each major design phase.
Security design: Secure access control, evidence storage, sallyport, holding/interview rooms, and crime prevention through environmental design.
Construction support: Bidding assistance, submittal and payment reviews, monthly progress meetings, full-time resident inspection on every active construction day, and project closeout.
Additional services: Commissioning is required; identify your proposed scope for surveying, utility mapping, geotechnical investigation, and environmental review. Existing site surveys and investigations are unavailable.
