Scope: Site design, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, information technology, and interior design services for new and existing facilities.
Facilities: Schools, recreation centers, human services buildings, operational facilities, libraries, and museums.
Qualifications: Virginia-licensed personnel, in-house drafting and design, and licensed surveying capabilities either in-house or through a consultant; experience with AutoCAD and Arc Info GIS.
Term: One year with four optional one-year renewals; renewal pricing may not increase.
