Portfolio: Approximately $8.17 billion in domestic, international, fixed-income, private-market, and cash assets across six unitized sub-plans.
Custody and accounting: Global safekeeping, trade settlement, multi-currency accrual accounting, asset valuation, manager reconciliations, and pooled fund accounting with separate sub-plan allocations.
Cash management: Daily short-term investment sweeps, same-day cash settlement, wires, and income collection.
Reporting and administration: Online reporting and trading access, monthly NAV and accounting reports, annual financial disclosures, compliance monitoring, corporate actions, proxy processing, and class-action claims support.
Term and pricing: Five years beginning July 1, 2027. Please itemize annual fees, transaction charges, and transition costs; separately price optional indexing, securities lending, and performance reporting.
