Services: Identify the maintenance, repair, and construction trades you can provide, including necessary labor, tools, equipment, and materials.
Rates: List hourly equipment rates and separate operator and labor rates by job title. Include equipment make, model, type, and attachments.
Mobilization: Provide hourly rates for trucks, trailers, and associated labor used to transport equipment.
Coverage: Specify the Vermont regions or maintenance districts you serve.
Schedule: Work is assigned as needed through June 30, 2031, with no guaranteed volume. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–4:00 PM; individual tasks generally require completion within one to two business days unless otherwise agreed.
