What the job is
Staffing: Inclusion aides providing individualized support beyond required staffing ratios. Aides must be at least 18, meet classroom aide qualifications, and pass required screenings and background checks.
Hours: Up to 35 hours weekly for ages 0–2; 38 hours for ages 3–5; and 15 after-school hours or 38 vacation hours for ages 6–13.
Materials: Adaptive, sensory, communication, educational, or safety supplies tailored to identified needs, with a budget of up to $1,000 per application.
Training and consultation: Child-specific inclusion training, coaching, or specialist consultation, with a separate budget of up to $1,000 per application.
Duration and pricing: Support may run from 6 weeks to 12 months. Please itemize staffing rates, materials, and training or consultation fees for the services you offer.
