RemovalRemove approximately 715 linear feet of existing fence; salvage and deliver reusable materials to 1753 East 1500 South, Naples, UT 84078.
New fencingInstall approximately 1,725 linear feet of 6-foot-high galvanized chain link fencing with 9-gauge wire and 2-inch mesh.
Barbed wireInclude Y-style extension arms with six strands, three per side. Provide alternate pricing for standard arms with three strands.
FrameworkSchedule 40 galvanized steel posts, top rails, bottom tension wire, and concrete footings; line posts spaced no more than 10 feet apart.
GatesThree 12-foot and one 16-foot double swing gates matching fence height, including hinges, latches, drop rods, and chains.
Installation and scheduleInclude labor, materials, mobilization, clearing, excavation and rock drilling where needed, and cleanup. Substantial completion by December 30, 2026; final completion by January 6, 2027.
