Fencing: Remove existing fencing and gates; install 6-foot, 9-gauge chain-link fencing with top rail and three-strand barbed wire per drawings.
Site preparation: Clear vegetation along fence lines, grind stumps, and provide utility scans at each site.
Gates: Install cantilever and V-track gates, operators, safety loops, and associated devices meeting UL 325.
Access control: Furnish, install, and program card readers, electrified locksets, door and gate sensors, control panels, intercoms, cabling, and surge protection compatible with the latest Software House CCURE version.
CCTV: Provide cameras, NVRs, PoE injectors, client workstations, and monitors per drawings.
Supporting work: Include trenching, power and control wiring, enclosures, concrete foundations, and installation of owner-furnished pedestals and bases. Maintain perimeter security and vehicle access throughout.
