FenceApproximately 11,000 linear feet across two locations; four strands of barbed wire, with the bottom strand 18 inches above ground and 10-inch spacing between strands.
Posts and bracesSteel T-posts every 12 feet; 2-3/8-inch pipe line posts every 100 feet; 2-7/8-inch pipe H-braces every 660 feet, at corners, gates, and changes in direction. Includes eight corner braces. Set pipe posts and braces in concrete, with holes at least 36 inches deep in dirt or 24 inches in rock; cap pipe posts with concrete.
GateInstall one 16-foot bull gate.
Materials and laborFence materials supplied onsite. Include all labor, equipment, welding and cutting supplies, onsite brace fabrication, and installation debris removal. Equipment used off pavement must have low-pressure rubber tires.
Site conditionsFence line is already cleared, with no water gaps. Maintain 3-foot clearance on each side, minimize soil disturbance, and repair equipment ruts.
Mandatory site visitNovember 4, 2026, at 10:00 AM CT at the check station; attendance must be arranged at least two business days ahead.
CompletionAll work must be finished by November 30, 2026.
