Patio: Install artificial turf in the 25 ft × 13 ft 4 in west corner and extend the northeast patio deck where feasible, keeping the water line box accessible.
Playground: Expand the enclosed perimeter to approximately 52 ft × 60 ft, install rubber mulch safety surfacing throughout, and replace the swing set with a new two-swing set.
Removal: Remove the white PVC gazebo and broken asphalt beneath it, and extend the asphalt bike path approximately 23 ft × 2 ft.
Rock landscaping: Replace grass with rock in the playground, 1,071 sq ft; pet village, 730 sq ft; gazebo area, 1,034 sq ft; and sidewalk-to-gazebo area, 21 ft × 4 ft.
Services: Include labor, materials, equipment, removal, disposal, permits, and accessible installation; complete by December 31, 2026, weather permitting.
