What the job is
Project coordination: Facilitate monthly stakeholder meetings; maintain schedules, milestones, action and decision logs, risk registers, and progress reports.
Technical support: Review and integrate existing partner studies; recommend charging infrastructure phasing, scalability, and utility coordination measures. Utility engineering studies and construction designs are excluded.
Reporting: Support grant documentation, compliance monitoring, performance tracking, and monthly and semiannual reporting.
Deliverables: Prepare an implementation roadmap, funding opportunity summary, strategic recommendations, and final planning support report.
Qualifications: At least five years of relevant infrastructure planning or EV project support experience, plus prior grant compliance experience.
