What the job is
Engineering and architecture: Small, as-needed studies, designs, reports, bid document preparation, and construction support for water treatment facilities, pipelines, pumps, reservoirs, and related systems.
Surveying: ALTA/ACSM land title, boundary, easement, and topographic surveys; monument setting; encroachment surveys; drone data collection; and survey records, plats, and legal descriptions.
Service period: As-needed assignments through March 31, 2028, including unplanned or emergency work.
Insurance: General liability of $2 million per occurrence/$3 million aggregate, automobile liability of $2 million per occurrence, professional liability of $2 million per claim/$3 million aggregate, and statutory workers' compensation and employers liability.
