Size and timing: Approximately 2,500 insurance-eligible employees; operations begin July 1, 2027, with an initial one-year service term.
Benefits support: Health, pharmacy, dental, vision, and life insurance; self-funded plan design, carrier selection, renewals, negotiations, and excess reinsurance.
Analysis and administration: Monthly claims and utilization analysis, compliance support, annual plan reviews, actuarial services as needed, and FSA/HSA administration assistance.
Enrollment and systems: Employee communications, benefit fairs, online enrollment, ongoing benefits management, carrier data feeds, and 1094-C/1095-C reporting tools. Include implementation timelines.
Qualifications: Independent Utah-licensed broker with at least five years of experience serving employers with 2,000+ employees and professional liability/errors and omissions coverage insurable to at least $1 million annual aggregate.
