Steering: Four wheels must steer together for precise tracking and U-turns within 26-foot turnaround areas.
Towing: Must work with an existing Taylor-Dunn electric tugger and tow from either end, with connections at both ends, a pintle ring tow bar, and a rear pintle hitch.
Cover: An awning or cover with a curtain must protect the food carts.
