Systems and reporting: Secure electronic claim files with real-time access, risk management system integration, custom reporting, a full-time reporting analyst, Medicare reporting, and OSHA reporting support.
Staffing: Firm with at least 10 years of experience; indemnity adjusters with 5+ years and supervisors with 7+ years. Adjuster caseload caps: 130 for workers' compensation/general liability and 125 for auto.
Pricing: Fixed life-of-claim rates by claim category, renewal-year pricing, and itemized startup, administration, medical management, reporting, system, and ancillary fees.
