Repairs: As-needed service using new OEM parts, with next-business-day on-site diagnostics and emergency on-site response within 10 hours, 24/7.
Pricing: Provide quarterly maintenance pricing by equipment type, regular and after-hours labor rates, minimum service call fees, and parts discounts off published manufacturer prices. Include all costs; no separate travel, mileage, shipping, or service charges.
Term and access: Six-year service term; technicians must obtain approved security access before working on-site.
