Volume: Approximately 715 personnel statewide, each authorized up to two uniforms per week; please identify the locations you can serve.
Garments: Uniform shirts, pants, dress jackets, ties, outerwear, suits, training apparel, and outer vest carriers. Primary fabrics include 55% polyester/45% wool blends, cotton/poly blends, and technical synthetics.
Cleaning and finishing: Dry clean or launder as requested, pre-treat stains and heavy soil, press shirts and pants with sharp military creases, and starch white cotton/poly shirts. Follow garment care labels and preserve patches, insignia, and protective materials.
Packaging and tracking: Return garments on hangers with clear plastic covers; individually tag and track items.
Local service: A physical cleaning location in each area served is required. Individual drop-off/pickup with next-day turnaround is preferred; otherwise, provide a fixed service schedule.
Pricing: Provide per-item rates for all garment types at each location served, including minor repair pricing, excluding sales tax.
