Interior renovations: Selective demolition, office and storage-closet remodeling, gallery hardwood flooring, office carpeting, resilient base, painting, and acoustical ceiling modifications.
Accessibility and exterior work: Main-entry renovations, existing ramp removal, accessible entrance relocation to the north door, accessible walkway from parking, railings, earthwork, and concrete paving.
Building systems: New gallery/exhibit lighting, related electrical work, and HVAC modifications.
Related finishes: Carpentry, architectural woodwork, cabinets, countertops, doors, frames, hardware, and signage.
Pricing: Lump-sum quote covering labor, materials, equipment, and installation per drawings and specifications; site visit required to assess existing conditions.
Schedule and site conditions: Complete by January 21, 2027, including winter shutdown days. Premises remain occupied; maintain exits and access. Normal work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Qualifications: Utah licensing required; include performance and payment bonds, each for 100% of the contract price.
