  • DeliverablesInclude coordinated structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, landscape, and irrigation design; preliminary, 60%, and 90% submissions; milestone cost estimates; and final signed and sealed construction documents by February 1, 2027. Maintain safe public access and building egress in the design.
  • Included supportWeekly design and construction coordination meetings, bidding assistance, submittal and RFI reviews, up to 10 construction site visits, final walkthroughs, punch lists, and a warranty walk approximately 10 months after substantial completion.
  • Mandatory site visitOctober 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., meeting in the west entrance lobby. Attendance is required for eligibility.
