What the job is
Scope: Leak investigation, preventive maintenance, membrane repairs, coatings, sealants, flashing and metal edge repairs, expansion joints, scuppers, roof drains, and through-wall flashing with masonry removal and replacement.
Service: As-needed work with no guaranteed volume; include all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and permits. Coordinate work around active school operations.
Emergency support: Same-business-day response to requests, with after-hours, weekend, and holiday availability.
Qualifications: At least five years of comparable roofing maintenance experience, applicable Texas credentials and insurance, and applicator authorization letters from at least three major roofing manufacturers.
Pricing: Provide regular and overtime hourly rates for foremen, laborers, and two- and four-person crews, emergency rates, material markup percentages, and applicable discounts.
