Process review: Evaluate real projects and current practices from planning and procurement through design, construction, and closeout; recommend improvements to reduce time and cost.
Systems and reporting: Map construction software, audit data integration and manual workflows, and review pay applications, reporting accuracy, payments, and retainage.
Governance and staffing: Review approval thresholds, contingencies, project savings, construction standards, and organizational structure; benchmark against peers.
Schedule and deliverables: Provide written findings and redesign recommendations, including a procurement process targeting three months or less from initiation to signed contract. Include your proposed completion timeframe; anticipated start is November 28, 2026.
Insurance: Workers’ compensation, $1 million employer’s liability, general liability of $1 million per occurrence/$2 million aggregate, $1 million auto liability, and $1 million professional liability per claim.
