Service term: One year, with up to four annual renewals; no minimum service volume guaranteed.
Pricing: Include hourly field, shop, and travel labor rates; parts markup; and fees for disassembly/inspection, diagnostics, shop supplies, fuel, and miscellaneous charges. Free pickup and delivery required; deposits and credit card fees must be waived.
