Scope: Field and shop maintenance and repair for all brands of heavy equipment, including necessary personnel, tools, equipment, and materials.
Response: Initial response within 24 hours of notification, with field mobilization as weather permits.
Pricing: Provide mileage charges per mile and separate hourly field and shop rates, including after-hours and weekend rates where applicable. Identify parts pricing separately.
Coverage: Specify the regions you can serve and your shop location(s).
Field equipment: Arrive free of vegetative debris and material that could spread invasive weeds.
