Detection: Cloud-to-ground and cloud-to-cloud lightning with strike distance, direction, and threat level; monitoring for thunderstorms, severe storms, high winds, hail, and tornado signatures.
Alerts: Tiered lightning alerts at 20, 10, and 6 miles, immediate escalation, and a 30-minute all-clear; automated SMS/email, configurable user groups, and an administrative dashboard.
Outdoor audio: Intelligible loudspeaker coverage for Area A (Main Campus), Area B (Runways/Proving Grounds), and Area C (Southern Test Area), with automated tones, verbal alerts, and live voice. Include speaker placement and sound coverage maps. Both Area D locations need detection and electronic alerts only.
Installation: Include all sensors/data feeds, communications, software licenses, speakers, poles, power systems, configuration, integration, commissioning, acceptance testing, training, and documentation. Allow phased audio installation by area.
Support: Five years of service with 24/7 technical support, maintenance, repairs, updates, applicable calibration, and annual performance reports.
Pricing: Itemize audio equipment and installation separately for Areas A, B, and C; list core platform, installation, licensing, recurring fees, and support separately. Include all materials, labor, equipment, and travel.
