What the job is
Area: 11.77 acres.
Schedule: 20 cycles annually; every two weeks April–October and monthly November–March. Complete each cycle within seven working days, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., excluding holidays.
Scope: Mow to 1–5 inches; string trim around curbs, sidewalks, fences, trees, poles, and other obstacles; clear clippings from paved surfaces.
Cleanup: Pick up and dispose of litter and debris before each cycle. Include initial debris removal from curbs, gutters, pavers, medians, and ditches.
Staffing and equipment: Supply all labor, equipment, materials, traffic control, and on-site supervision, with at least one English/Spanish bilingual employee per visit. Include an equipment list with your quote.
Insurance: General liability, automobile liability, and workers’ compensation coverage required.
Service period: November 1, 2026–September 30, 2028.
