What they need

WallsApproximately 220,588 sq. ft.; prepare, prime as required, and apply two finish coats of Sherwin-Williams A-100 Exterior Acrylic Latex or approved equivalent.
Split-face CMUApproximately 38,325 sq. ft., included in the total area, requires one full coat of PrepRite Block Filler or approved equal before finish coats.
Metal doorsPrepare and paint 68 doors in their current condition, using Pro-Cryl primer where required and at least two coats of Pro Industrial DTM Acrylic or approved equals.
Additional surfacesInclude metal caps, gutters, guard rails, dock rails, main entrance soffit woodwork, and wood gates. Exclude inside parapet walls.
Preparation and repairsInclude pressure washing, minor surface and sealant repairs, and repairs shown in the supplied repair photos. Field-verify quantities and conditions.
ScheduleStart February 2027; 90-day duration, with completion by May 2027.
PricingInclude all labor, materials, lifts, protection, cleanup, and payment and performance bonds. Provide separate cost breakdowns for CMU block filler and doors, plus project duration and warranty.
