Pricing: Provide normal-hours and emergency/after-hours coefficients against RSMeans 2026 national costs adjusted by the applicable City Cost Index. Include overhead, profit, travel, mobilization, insurance, and bond costs; state a markup of no more than 10% for non-prepriced items.
Response: Project estimates within three business days of a request or applicable site visit; emergency response within 12 hours.
Term and volume: One year with four possible annual renewals; coefficients remain fixed throughout. Projects generally will not exceed $500,000 each, with no guaranteed work volume.
