What the job is
Product: PolyFlex Type 3 or equivalent hot-pour, single-component sealant for asphalt cracks 1/8 inch or wider; no water or volatile solvents.
Performance: Cone penetration 20–40, resilience at least 30%, and ductility at least 30 cm at 77°F; flow no more than 3 mm at 140°F; bitumen content at least 60%; tensile adhesion at least 400%; passes asphalt compatibility testing.
Equipment compatibility: Crafco SS250DC100 with jacketed melting kettle, agitation, recirculation, and pressure-pumped hose/nozzle application; recommended pour temperature 380°F and safe heating temperature 400°F.
Packaging: Two individually polyethylene-lined 30–35 lb blocks per box; approximately 2,100 lb per pallet, fully weatherproof-covered.
Delivery and pricing: Include freight, unloading, and placement in the unit price, with no additional surcharges. Deliver Monday–Thursday, 7 a.m.–6 p.m. Central Time. Please provide unit pricing, minimum order quantity, lead time, and a product data sheet for recurring supply over three years.
