Construction: Minimum 16-gauge steel shell, 11-gauge interior liner, 10-gauge burn chamber floor with concrete pavers at least 1¼ inches thick, and protected insulation rated at least 1100°F.
Burn and ventilation systems: Class A fuel retention chains, 55-gallon crib fire drum or fuel crib, instructor-controlled roof vent, fresh-air opening, smoke trench vent, heat baffles, hose access, and drainage.
Access and safety: Two outward-opening, non-locking side doors; supported raised burn chamber; and an 8 ft × 8 ft staging platform with non-skid stairs and guardrails. Meet NFPA 1402/1403 and applicable structural, insulation, and workplace safety standards.
Training: One day of live, on-site operational and safety training upon delivery by at least one NFPA-certified instructor.
Pricing and lead time: Include freight prepaid, assembly, installation, warranty details, and estimated delivery timing. Completion within 10 weeks is preferred.
