Simulators: One installed standalone simulator per trailer, with three 55-inch 4K displays providing a 180-degree forward view, air-powered truck seat, automatic transmission, force-feedback steering and plow vibration feedback.
Controls: Replicate dump body, front, wing and tow plow operations; include four-position plow joystick, wing toe/heel and dump body controls, and Force America 5100 EX/6100 salt spreader controller.
Software: Customizable winter driving, plowing and spreading scenarios, skills assessments, objective scoring, replay and student record storage; include five years of maintenance and support for both systems.
Training and implementation: Three days of on-site train-the-trainer instruction for approximately 35 staff, four operation manuals and 480 hours of project management and customization.
Delivery and warranty: Deliver within one year of order; include at least a one-year parts, materials and labor warranty with on-site repairs initiated within 48 hours of notification.
