Wall assembly: Install closed-cell spray foam insulation, approximately 3,500 SF of 7/16-inch ZIP System sheathing, furring strips, and rustic-grain Hardie board-and-batten siding with matching trim.
Windows and doors: Remove/reinstall existing windows, provide one new 48" x 60" sliding vinyl window, replace ten insulated glass units, install one commercial-grade wood entrance door, ADA threshold, and automatic door operator.
HVAC line sets: Remove/reroute line sets, install new copper as needed, pressure test, evacuate, recharge, verify operation, and install exterior line set cover components.
Additional work: Install seamless gutters with leaf guards, one exterior light fixture, a 5' x 14' concrete pad, and apply primer/paint to approximately 3,500 SF of exterior surface.
Requirements: Active Tennessee BC-B sm, BC-B, or BC-C contractor license; work during normal business hours; final cleanup and one-year workmanship warranty included.
