Term: February 1, 2027–January 31, 2032; provide all-inclusive monthly pricing.
Technology: Existing system serving 10,000+ users; .NET Framework/.NET 9 or later, SQL Server 2019 or later, SSRS, web, Windows client, and iOS applications.
Scope: Maintain applications and APIs; modernize traffic records modules; provide database upgrades, cloud migration support, AI integration, testing, documentation, and training.
Staffing: Six full-time technical resources: one DBA and five senior developers with at least seven years' experience, including iOS expertise. At least four technical resources must work on-site, plus a dedicated on-site project lead and part-time remote governance lead.
Support: U.S.-based support, 99.99% availability, monitoring, ticketing, and off-hours coverage; critical incidents require response within one hour and resolution within eight hours.
Security and tools: CJIS/DPPA safeguards, FedRAMP Moderate or higher and GovRAMP authorizations, ITSM SaaS, code-quality software, and SMS services. Include all travel costs.
