Safety: Panels must safely contain projectiles and reduce ricochets; materials and equipment must meet applicable OSHA and NFPA standards.
Services: Include design coordination, delivery, installation during regular business hours, testing, user training, manuals, and at least one year of technical support and maintenance.
Schedule: Kickoff within two weeks of award, design within six weeks of kickoff, installation within eight weeks of design approval, and final testing within two weeks after installation.
