Safety: Meet ANSI and OSHA standards and site safety requirements; include PPE and daily scaffold inspections, certifications, and tagging on days in use throughout the rental period.
Insurance: General liability of $1 million, auto liability of $500,000, statutory workers’ compensation, and employer’s liability of $500,000; additional insured coverage required.
Pricing: Include freight and all service costs, and state response times for routine and urgent requests.
