Fuel treatments: Supply multi-function diesel and gasoline improvers at a 1:1000 mix ratio and an EPA-registered microbial biocide/fungicide at a 1:4000 mix ratio.
Testing: Provide at least quarterly ISO 9001-certified laboratory analysis for bacteria, fungi, water, cetane level, and treatment concentration, including sample kits, shipping, and written recommendations.
On-site support: Provide a Tennessee or Nashville-region technician for quarterly visits to both facilities, staff training, fuel assessment, tank sterilization, dosing, and corrective-action support.
Management system: Provide a secure website for test results, alerts, safety documents, training resources, inventory, orders, usage, and consolidated reporting.
Packaging and delivery: Include DOT-approved packaging, OSHA-compliant safety data sheets, and delivery to both locations.
Optional equipment: Quote solar-powered automatic dosing units with telemetry on a monthly lease basis.
Term: Five-year program; please provide itemized product and service pricing based on the estimated quantities provided in the detailed documents.
