Coverage: Approximately 27,000 square feet of tipping floor and designated loading/unloading areas; include site survey, hazard assessment, engineering, permits, and installation.
Detection: Integrated thermal imaging, HD visible cameras, smoke analytics, and flame detection suitable for a dusty industrial environment.
Suppression: Remotely operated targeting and discharge, minimum 1,000-gallon onboard water storage independent of site water, and a fluorine-free agent with no intentionally added PFAS. Minimum 100-foot reach where supported by the engineered coverage design.
Monitoring and service: 24/7/365 monitoring by a UL-listed central station with trained suppression operators, live video verification, and immediate emergency notification. Price 12 months of monitoring, full-service maintenance, and support separately.
Infrastructure: Include required enclosures, foundations/pads, piping, electrical work, standby power, and backup communications; a hardwired primary communications connection is available.
Testing and warranty: Include commissioning, discharge testing, a continuous 24-hour acceptance demonstration, training, documentation, and a minimum two-year warranty.
Schedule: Complete installation and closeout within 182 calendar days after authorization to proceed; use a New Jersey licensed fire protection installer.
