What the job is
Sampling plan: Finalize 14 PFAS and 3 cyanotoxin monitoring locations and prepare a Sampling and Analysis Plan for approval.
Monitoring: Collect PFAS samples quarterly and cyanotoxin samples monthly from March through November, targeting two years within the December 2026–July 2028 monitoring period. Short-notice stormflow sampling may be required.
Laboratory analysis: Arrange and coordinate testing of all samples according to the approved plan.
Reporting: Analyze trends and potential sources, prepare a findings report, and present results by July 2028, with technical support through August 2028.
Schedule: Estimated start November 2, 2026; sampling plan due November 16, 2026.
