Hosting: Private CMS/staging environment, at least two load-balanced production instances, and CDN with on-demand cache invalidation.
Emergency capacity: Support approximately one million requests per minute, scaling automatically or manually within 45 minutes and sustaining capacity for multiple weeks. Unlimited inbound/outbound bandwidth without emergency throttling.
Network and failover: Redundant 10 Gbps connectivity, geographically separate full-capacity failover, and BGP failover using provider-independent IP space without IP or DNS changes.
Security: FedRAMP Moderate or higher across hosting, storage, and backups; SCDIS-200 compliance; managed WAF/DDoS protection, malware protection, MFA, encryption, continuous security monitoring, and vulnerability management.
Backups and recovery: Daily backups retained for 12 months, an immutable or air-gapped copy, and backup replication to a separate third location. RTO of 4 hours or less, RPO of 24 hours or less, and annual restoration/failover testing.
Availability and support: Minimum 99.9% monthly uptime, 24/7/365 support, 15-minute critical incident acknowledgment, and security incident notification within 4 hours of confirmation.
Term and pricing: Anticipated January 1, 2027 start, with an initial one-year term and annual renewals through December 31, 2031. Please provide annual pricing inclusive of emergency scaling and support.
