Hosting: Scalable rack/cage space for mixed hardware and high-density loads; 99.999% availability SLA; redundant power feeds, UPS, generators, cooling, and fire suppression. Power must originate entirely within the United States.
Connectivity: Diverse carrier pathways, separated fiber and copper routes, structured cabling, and cross-connect options.
Security: 24/7 controlled access, multifactor entry, mantraps, and CCTV with 180-day retention; NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5 alignment and applicable HIPAA, IRS Pub 1075, PCI DSS, and CJIS controls. Provide SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and GovRAMP evidence.
Support: Critical remote hands within one hour, routine requests the same day, environmental/security alerts within 15 minutes, and annually tested continuity and disaster recovery plans.
Pricing: Itemize migration/setup, space, power, connectivity, support, and exit fees; include a three-year operating cost projection and optional service rates for a 10-year term with two optional one-year extensions.
