Reporting and security: Custom dashboards and reports, secure exports, audit trails, role-based access, encryption at rest and in transit, multifactor authentication, backups, and disaster recovery; support for FERPA, ADA, EEOC, Title IX, records retention, and legal holds.
Implementation: Configuration, data migration, integration capabilities including single sign-on, staff training, and ongoing maintenance and technical support. Implementation begins December 1, 2026.
Experience: Demonstrated K-12 implementation experience with at least two school district references.
Pricing: Itemize implementation costs and subscription, hosting, storage, maintenance, and support for December 2026–June 30, 2027, plus four optional annual renewals through June 30, 2031. Identify optional fees and pricing assumptions.
