What the job is
Turnkey services: Include equipment, secure wireless infrastructure, software, installation, integration, training, maintenance, and replacements at no cost to the facilities.
Communications: Local and international calling, on-site and remote video visitation, court video connections, searchable call transcription, recording of non-privileged communications, and protection of privileged communications.
Tablets: Supply 800–1,000 secure tablets at startup, with cases, charging, and storage; support at least 2,000 inmates and provide educational, reentry, legal, and electronic request resources.
Digital mail: Include scanning, secure delivery, searchable messaging, two portable legal-mail scanners, and pricing for on-site mail-processing personnel.
Support: Dedicated on-site technician and 24/7 critical support; 99.90% tablet platform availability, 99.95% management portal availability, emergency disablement within 60 seconds, and failed-tablet replacement within one business day.
Pricing and term: Provide service rates, fees, commission percentages, and initial and annual technology funding for a one-year term with annual renewals up to five years total.
Mandatory site visit: October 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time; meet in the lobby, arrive early with photo ID, and send a representative eligible for security clearance.
