RepairsAssess damage, remove failed flooring, subfloors, saturated insulation and damaged wall finishes as needed; remediate mold, dry wood and reinforce compromised joists. Address insulation that traps moisture.
WaterproofingProvide a durable waterproofing system, subfloor uncoupling membrane, barrier-free entry transitions and waterproof backer or cement board at least 72 inches high where needed.
Drains and finishesPressure-test drains and waste lines; install compatible commercial clamping-ring drains. Match existing finishes, preserve unaffected areas and reuse salvageable fixtures and materials.
Site visitMandatory walkthrough November 12, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. EST, starting in the dining hall.
ScheduleAnticipated start January 8, 2027; complete by March 31, 2027.
