Equipment: Two Carrier AquaEdge 23XRV chillers, model 23XRV3232NQVAA50.
Scheduled maintenance: Three visits annually per chiller: November shutdown, March startup with tube cleaning, and July operational inspection. Include manufacturer-required maintenance, oil testing, and service reports.
As-needed repairs: Chillers, chilled-water delivery equipment excluding piping, two Marley cooling towers, three energy recovery units, and 11 air handling units. Respond within one business day and visit within five business days.
Emergency service: 24/7/365 availability, telephone response within one hour, and technician onsite within two hours when requested.
Pricing: Provide per-chiller pricing for each seasonal visit and regular/emergency hourly repair rates, including travel. Emergency rates may not exceed 150% of regular rates; parts markup is limited to 10% above dealer cost.
Service term: One year with four annual renewal options; pricing fixed through the five-year period. Manufacturer-certified technicians and a one-year workmanship/materials warranty required.
