Scope: 166 listed work items covering stump removal, tree and stump removal, pruning, and broken-limb removal. Listed stumps range from 10–96 inches in diameter; verify sizes and site conditions.
Restoration: Grind stumps at least 6 inches below adjoining grade, backfill with topsoil, and hydroseed unless otherwise noted. Complete stump removal and restoration within 30 days of tree removal; retain the designated Chautauqua Park stump at 2 feet.
Pricing: Provide a separate price for each listed item, including species, size, quantity, unit price, and extended price. Include labor, equipment, mobilization, utility locating, traffic control, daily cleanup, disposal, and restoration.
Crew and equipment: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience; EHAP-trained crew with required line-clearance and Pennsylvania operator certifications. Required equipment includes a 28-ton crane with at least 100-foot reach, a bucket device with at least 60-foot reach, log truck, chipper, and stump grinder.
Timing: Residential stump removals must be completed within 20 days. Please state your overall completion schedule; the documents list both 60- and 90-day completion periods.
