Service period: April–November each year, 2027–2029, with optional seasons in 2030 and 2031.
Frequency: Weekly mowing to a 3-inch height; East Hamilton Street corridor monthly. Complete scheduled work Monday–Wednesday, starting no earlier than 8:00 AM.
Trimming: Trim along sidewalks, curbs, driveways, trees, shrubs, poles, and pipes each visit; control weeds in sidewalk and curb joints.
Clippings: Bag and remove at all sites except Little Lehigh, 228 Ridge Avenue, and Cumberland Gardens. Clear paved surfaces the same day.
Pricing: Provide per-cut pricing by site for the base period and each optional season, including labor, equipment, materials, travel, fuel, and disposal. Site visits are needed to verify mowing areas and terrain.
Labor: Minimum groundskeeper pay is $17.50 per hour, with no required fringe benefits; the stated rate is effective through June 30, 2028.
