What the job is
Qualifications: Licensed to perform all Pennsylvania UCC plan reviews and field inspections, with at least five years of experience under the current business name and experience serving similarly sized municipalities.
On-site staffing: One person on site Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, to process permits and follow up on missing information.
Plan review turnaround: Commercial reviews within 30 days; residential reviews within 15 days.
Inspection coverage: Accept inspection requests 24/7. Perform occupancy, condemnation release, and other requested inspections Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM; annual inspections Tuesday and Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
Pricing: Include a comprehensive fee schedule, hourly rates, estimated hours and costs by task, and a not-to-exceed budget for reimbursable expenses.
