What the job is
Scope: Manual shoveling and ice removal on sidewalks, pedestrian and ADA routes, entrances, exits, stairs, ramps, and loading docks; apply deicing materials as directed.
Staffing: Capacity for at least 10 personnel per deployment, including one working supervisor. Provide your maximum available crew size and guaranteed response time in minutes after dispatch.
Availability: Seven days per week, including nights, weekends, holidays, and campus closures. No minimum deployments or hours are guaranteed.
Tools and transportation: Hand tools and deicing materials are provided on site. Include crew transportation and PPE in your pricing.
Pricing: Provide fully burdened hourly rates per laborer and working supervisor, applicable to all hours without overtime, night, weekend, or holiday premiums. Include a standby cancellation fee per event, applicable only when cancelled before dispatch.
