ScopePlow parking lots, driveways, and aprons; clear sidewalks, handicap ramps, entrances, emergency exits, hydrants, dumpster areas, gates, and mailbox access, including behind parked vehicles and vacant parking spaces.
Service requirementsProvide 24/7 availability and storm monitoring. Clear snowfall of 1 inch or more and significant icing before the 7 AM, 3 PM, and 11 PM shifts.
Ice controlApply approved ice control and traction materials as needed to maintain bare pavement conditions.
TermOne year, with four optional one-year renewals.
Site visitA documented site visit is required before quoting. Proof of liability insurance is also required.
