Placement: Field-verify the layout along an approximately 66-foot sidewalk; maintain two 36-inch clear openings and keep the full 102-inch parking access aisles unobstructed.
Plantings: Include low-growing, spreading plants, growing medium, drainage arrangements, and watering instructions.
Boulders: Supply and securely place large boulders to restrict vehicle access to the patio. Propose quantities, sizes, and spacing; relocate and replant existing landscape grasses as needed.
River rock: Remove designated mulch, grade soil, install 6-ounce nonwoven geotextile, and relocate existing on-site river rock from an approximately 30-by-12-foot area to the prepared bed.
