What the job is
Services: Annual inspection and tagging, 6-year maintenance, repairs, recharging, and 12-year hydrostatic testing; include all labor, tools, supplies, and equipment.
Standards: Follow current NFPA 10 standards, Chapters 7 and 8. Technicians must hold NFPA Standard 10 certification, ICC/NAFED certification, or equivalent; provide certification copies.
Schedule: On-site service Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. For off-site servicing, include transportation and comparable loaner equipment at no additional cost, with return within 10 working days.
Additional needs: Supply new portable fire extinguishers and accessories as requested, and remove and properly dispose of unusable extinguishers.
Coverage: Please identify the Pennsylvania counties you serve and confirm at least three years of fire extinguisher maintenance and repair experience.
